Making A Purchase. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Please note that we supply only to the UK. The minimum order value is £5.00. We accept most major credit cards and debit cards and we can arrange to take cheques if you wish. However, in this case the order will be dispatched after we have received your cheque. All prices are shown in GBP£ and all transactions will take place in GBP£. All prices shown include UK V.A.T. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation that your order has been processed and dispatched. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason or there has been an error on the website. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

 

Delivery: Orders will be dispatched via 1st Class Post and depending upon weight and size of parcel. Currently there is a standard £2.00 flat rate p&p charge. however, you may be contacted in instances where there are exceptional p&p costs which you may be asked to pay, eg delivery of equipment which is heavy.  Please allow 14 days for delivery.   If you require a faster service, such as next day delivery then please phone Stash to make that arrangement for which there will be an extra charge.

 

We aim to offer a fast and efficient service by dispatching your order within 24 hours. During busy seasonal periods, delays may occur. If this is the case, we will inform you.

 

We do not currently allow orders to be placed for out of stock items. Nor do we keep items on a back order list. if you wish to be informed about stock supplies, deliveries or availability, then please email or phone Stash.

 

Tax Charges VAT of 17.5% is included in all orders.

 

Credit Card Security When checkout is completed, you will be directed to the Protx website for secure payment processing. Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. You will receive a confirmation that your payment has been processed. Please be aware that at no point Stash will receive your credit/debit card details. We are also able to process your card payment offline. please phone stash before you complete your order online for advice on how we can do this. If you would like to pay for your order via cheque,  please complete checkout opting for payment by cheque. Again you will need to contact Stash in order to arrange this and will will confirm your order value.

 

Guarantee All products are supplied new and in pristine condition unless stated in their descriptions. Please inform us of any faulty or damaged item within 7 days of receipt. do not automatically send back the item untill advised by Stash to do so. you may contact stash by phone or email. We will not refund or replace any item which has become damaged as a result of neglect or mis-use.

   

Privacy Policy Stash do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and to store delivery addresses. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

 

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm If you have changed your mind about the items you have ordered, or if you have ordered the wrong goods, please return them to us to arrive with us within 7 days of receipt of the original order. Please enclose a copy of your invoice indicating the items being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition. If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened. You must pay the cost of returning the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. When returning items please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit back to us. It is your responsibility to ensure all items are packed so as to avoid damage in the post as goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. The packaging in which the order was supplied is not always suitable for reuse. If any returns received by us are not in a re-saleable condition, we may only offer a credit of 50% of the retail value of the goods to be given against a future order with us. Refunds for returned items will be made through Protx to the credit/debit card on which the purchase was made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
